The BS6 Ertiga is powered by a 1.5-litre petrol engine that produces 105PS of max power and 138Nm of peak torque. The diesel Ertiga continues to comply with BS4 norms. It is powered by a 1.5-litre engine that produces 95PS of power and 225Nm of torque. While the petrol engine is mated to a 5-speed manual, the diesel engine is paired with a 6-speed manual. The petrol engine is available with a 4-speed automatic transmission as well.
The CNG-petrol variant uses the same 1.5-litre petrol engine but without the smart hybrid tech. It has a claimed efficiency of 26km/kg and the performance on CNG drops down to 92PS and 122Nm. Meanwhile, the 1.3-litre diesel engine, which makes 90PS and 200Nm with a 5-speed MT, has been discontinued and is only available until stocks last.
