I ordered and paid an sx4 4x4 navi from Sara motors in june!!! And still no car.
I am Bulgarian, but did not order the car from the local dealer, because they were not communicative enough and the NAVI edition is not sold here. I became in touch with Sara motors via the suzuki.ro website because I initially wanted to buy a testdrive vehicle. It was not available for some reason, but they offered a new car at slightly lower price and delivery within 1 month from payment. I agreed and then my problems began.

  From my no Romanian and google translate I understood, that rzapo had some problems with the delivery of his sx4 with this company.With me the situation is much worse, I am far away and I can shout only on the phone. I realize that I have been too patient and have lost a lot of time, but now I have contacted a lawyer who is preparing my case for the court. From Suzuki Romania told me, that my car has not been paid by Sara motors and that is the reason it is not coming. I was promised the payment receipt from Sara motors, but, naturally, never got it. The company is, obviously, having problems, so be warned and do not give them money if you can avoid it. Or, maybe, give them some money, so that they could pay for my car

I am writing this, partly to warn you how dishonest this company is and partly to ask for some advice or at least the contact of the owner. I am currently communicating with Norbert Nagy who is repeatedly refusing me the phone number of his boss. I would be very grateful for any answers, if possible write in english, otherwise I use google translate.

use the lawer office. if you not make rumor and scandal you wil obtaine nothing. my problem was also with the leassing company. but I was here and have posibility to supervise and force the delivery. do you have a contract with celar delivery time from them?

To update you on the Sara motors drama. I received my car yesterday after the assistance of the central Suzuki representation in Bucuresti. It turns out that this company can perform but they must be forced. If you cannot avoid them, make sure you have some sources to force them into honesty. My car was in fact paid by Sara motors few days after my first post here, so they have been lying to me for 6 months knowing that there was no way I could get a car. Be very careful.

Was there any particular reason you chose Sara motors over dealers closer to you? Were you aware of the alternatives? In retrospect, it might have been a good idea to search this forum for advice on which dealer you might choose before you placed your order, but that's water under the bridge now...

Anyway, glad you solved your problems, after all this torment.

EU sunt nou pe forum. Am comandat si eu de la SARA MOTORS un S-Cross platit integral in data de 14 octombrie cu termen de livrare 60 de zile deci maxim 13 decembrie.
Nici pana azi nu am vazut masina.
Am fost mintit din 5 in 5 zile, tot felul de scuze penibile, de la probleme la fabrica cu linia de productie(fabrica nu a produs nimic 2 saptamani si s-au intarziat toate comenzile), pana la avem mai multe masini platite si fabrica nu vrea sa le livreze pana cand nu le platim pe toate(ziceau ca mai ceva de platit la una dintre ele).
Am apleat la avocat sa incerc sa solUtionez problema.
Le-am spus ca accept sa astept pana in 28 luna asta cand mi-au dat noul termen de livrare, doar daca facem un act aditional in care specificam noua data de 28.01 dar orice zi de intarziere dupa aceata data se penalizeaza cu 1%/zi aprox 950 ron/zi.
Am apelat si la suzuki romania si i-am rugat sa afle daca masina este produsa cum zic ei sau este o minciuna si ea nici nu e comandata cum banuiesc eu.
Daca nu accepta conditii cerute de mine urmeaza sa-i actionez in judecata, sa le fac plangere la protectia consumatorului si reclamatie la suzuki romania(daca se poate).
Probabil ma voi indrepta spre alta marca.

Poate ar trebui sa fie dati in judecata si Suzuki Romania. Sub umbrela lor, Sara isi desfasoara linistita activitatea cu tot felul de reclamatii rezolvate numai in momentul in care intra un avocat pe fir si ii strange putin de cohones.
