Probleme de comunicare pe Samsung Galaxy SIII

Am un Galaxy SIII cu Android 4.3 (update) pe care-l folosesc (in afara de functia uzuala) pentru mail, forum si citit stiri pe internet.

De ceva vreme, interlocutorii cu care vorbesc imi spun ca ma aud la un nivel sonor scazut si cu intreruperi.

Exista suficient spatiu de stocare, iar memoria instantanee ocupata e cam de 80 %.

Inainte sa-mi iau inima-n dinti si sa merg la service cu el, intreb daca s-a mai confruntat cineva cu situatia prezentata si daca (cum) a rezolvat-o.

Nu-mi dau seama care dintre probleme ar putea fi, dar uite ce am gasit si eu:

It’s difficult to have a phone conversation when the other person can’t hear you clearly or you can’t hear them. Some early adopters reported issues with the Galaxy S3 microphone and found that signal strength was dropping immediately after calls. The speakerphone function hasn’t worked smoothly for some and a complete loss of audio has been reported in extreme cases. A firmware update was rolled out to fix this, so you shouldn’t be experiencing these issues anymore. If you are, then it may be down to a blockage, a setting, or even the noise reduction feature.

Solutions: Restarting the phone should temporarily resolve the issue, but that’s obviously not ideal so let’s try and find a permanent fix. Go to Settings > Accessibility and make sure Turn off all sounds is not checked to begin with. Now go to Settings > Sound and make sure your volume levels are correct and sound is turned on.
Hit Phone > Menu > Call settings > Additional settings and then uncheck Noise reduction. Some people have reported less echo and clearer calls with this turned off.
Take a look at the microphone hole on the bottom edge of your Galaxy S3. If it looks like there’s something stuck in there then that could be your issue. Be very careful when cleaning this. Try compressed air to blow it out first.

Improve call quality

After 4.3 update I had the same problem with in-call volume. I took the phone to the Sprint store and they fixed it in about a minute. Go into call settings and make sure TTY mode is set to TTY full. Since then I have had zero issues with in-call volume. Hope this helps.

When you're on a call, an extra-volume button appears on your screen, next to the contact phone. You can use the button to turn up the volume when your call isn't coming through as loudly and clearly as you might like.

Multumesc, voi incerca sa aplic recomandarile. Revin cu efectele.

Din pacate, sau din fericire, problema nu a fost de software, ci de hardware: microfon defect. Constatare si inlocuire in mai putin de o ora la Samsung Center din Iuliu Maniu. Mi-a placut logistica de acolo: bonuri de ordine, afisarea pe display a starii comenzii (reparat, testat, gata). Nu mi-a placut ca se defecteaza asa de multe produse Samsung. Am un TV cumparat de la magazinul lui Copos  de pe Dorobanti care merge stralucitor si acum.
Oricum, sunt multumit de telefon, i-am facut singur si update de soft, asa ca planuiesc sa-l mai tin inca pe atat.
